Thank you ^__^ * PRICE RATE NEGOTIABLE DEPEND ON YOUR TERM * I live in Augusta, GA on Wrightboro Rd. and cross on Springview Dr.. My place is a 60+ years old house (NOT A Apartment). I have 2 small bedrooms and 1 master bedroom with half bath (toilet and sink). There is 1 full bathroom in the house to share with other renter. The house also has a washer/dryer, microwaves, electric stove, refrigerator. Each bedrooms and a living room also have a TV with cable ready to watch. The internet is high speed cable with router wireless and security password. The front and back yard, I will have someone taking care of it. So you don't need to worry about cutting grass. Definitely, no pets or smoking allowed inside and outside the house. I will need a $300 deposit before or on the day of your arrival. I do a flat bill utilities monthly is $150/person, I will pay for the trash pickup, and the room rate can be negotiate depend on how long is your term. My house is near the Augusta Mall, Kroger 24/7, Bestbuy, Target shopping center, Family Y, Omni, Post office, Fed Ex office 24/7 (I think), pretty much everything you need on a daily basis either within walking distance, or a short drive.
